The other issue is, yes auto renew is bad for any product or service - When you cancel something and then it goes and renews despite canceling? yeh thats fraud / theft - I canceled a game before- they auto renewed my sub - I told them flat out I had canceled and the game was uninstalled - they still renewed my sub, their claim after 2 months of fighting them was "we switched billing services" - yeh well I reported it as fraud to bank - provided proof - got my money back as bonus. suddenly an upgrade is all "this is installed on Server OS and thus you now have to PAY to use it" when we had free versions for awhile.
